Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, heavy equipment operation, and inventory management. This role requires physical stamina, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with warehouse management systems to ensure efficient and safe handling of goods. Prior warehouse experience and knowledge of heavy machinery are highly valued to contribute to our fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers safely and efficiently Assist with loading and unloading shipments using appropriate machinery and manual labor Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company standards Manage inventory through warehouse management systems Support shipping & receiving processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any mechanical issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols Assist in warehouse distribution tasks including construction-related activities if necessary Support order fulfillment activities ensuring accuracy in order picking and packaging Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

Qualifications

Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation such as forklifts, reach trucks is preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout shifts Strong attention to safety procedures when operating heavy equipment or handling materials Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English, and ability to work effectively within a team Valid certification for forklift is preferred but not required
