Under the direction of the Warehouse and Logistics Manager, the Warehouse Operator plays an extremely vital role. While working at Embassy, you must prioritize Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations.

What you are responsible for:
Communicates to the supervisor any incidence related to safety, quality, product loss, time loss, and/or equipment issues.
Wears required PPE when entering the Warehouse area.
Ensure the proper selection, care, and use of tools, parts, and equipment while performing all job-related duties.
Maintains a clean work area ensuring product safety and general workplace safety.
Operator will complete TDG training for Ground, Air and Ocean as instructed by the Warehousing and Logistics manager and follow the guidelines provided in the training.
Assist with sweeping the floor, cleaning and emptying waste buckets.
Wrap & put away skids from production line.
Put away product from Liquid production in the correct location.
Picking orders as instructed or stated on the pick list.
Loading outbound trucks.
Offloading trucks for receiving.

Supports all food safety initiatives, including (but not limited to) BRCGS, HACCP, GMPs, Allergens, GFCP, Kosher, Halal, Customer Requirements (Such as Costco standards and Kraft Standards).
Ensure all activities maintain the food safety, authenticity, legality, and quality of our products.

What you need to bring to Embassy:
Minimum secondary school diploma or recognized equivalent.
Experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment.
Valid Forklift License: Reach (double deep), Counterbalance and Walkie
Intermediate PC skills.
Basic mathematical skills.
RF Scanner.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lift 25kgs (55lbs).
Must be able to work all shifts and OT/weekend work as required.

Physical effort/lifting, up to 25kg.
Able to stand and walk throughout the shift.
