Come join our team in a Warehouse Operations Service Manager role in our Belleville, Ontario, facility! As a Warehouse Operations Service Manager, you will use your strong leadership skills to help manage all warehouse and distribution activities within the manufacturing facility, to support finished goods and logistics functions - those Loops, Pops and Mini-Wheats cereal can\'t be made without you. To be successful in this role, you could certainly use two scoops of communication skills and a bowl full of detail while preparing some of the world\'s most favorite products for shipment. HERE\'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU\'LL BE DOING

  • Analytical skills - you\'ll develop and execute warehouse budgets for the facility. Interpret regulatory compliance.
  • The go-to person - We know you are someone who likes to be that \xe2\x80\x9cgo-to\xe2\x80\x9d person, so in this role, you\'ll be responsible for managing all warehouse and distribution activity within the manufacturing facility. This role is also a member of Plant Leadership team.
  • Detailed and dedicated - developing and meeting / exceeding budget for warehouse budget for the facility. You will have 24/7 responsibility for warehouse operations, as well as technical responsibilities and systems.
  • Communication is key - your knack for communicating with salaried and hourly employees is exactly what we need, you\'ll be communicating strategic vision set by both the CLS group and the plant.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
  • High School diploma/GED with significant relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity along with problem solving, negotiating, and decision making.
  • Ability to effectively function in a Cross-functional TEAM environment and promote positive employee relations. Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite, (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Ability to effectively communicate, problem-solve and manage complex situations.
  • Ability to work manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities with interaction across all three shifts.
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and effectively manage people.
