We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team in Canada. This pivotal role involves overseeing warehouse activities, optimizing logistics processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' supply chains. Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
Develop and implement strategies for inventory management and logistics optimization.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and performance feedback.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics within the manufacturing or warehouse industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Effective communication skills with clients and team members.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in consulting or working with multiple companies is a plus.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of progressive experience in warehouse and distribution management, including multi-site leadership.
Proven track record of implementing measurable CI initiatives and driving technology adoption.
Strong understanding of both Canadian and U.S. logistics, safety, and labor standards.
Experience with ERP/WMS systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite, or equivalent).
Experience in manufacturing operations, process engineering, or plant leadership is a strong asset and may expand the role's scope to include manufacturing oversight.

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
