Safety & Compliance:

Enforce workplace health and safety policies in compliance with OSHA/WHMIS standards. Conduct safety audits, training, and incident investigations. Ensure regulatory compliance for hazardous materials and shipping requirements.

Process Improvement & Reporting:

Track KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time shipments, productivity, and inventory accuracy. Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement initiatives. Prepare operational reports for senior management and recommend improvements.

Budget & Cost Management:

Monitor operational budgets, labor costs, and resource utilization. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
