About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of warehouse work, scheduling, and field support. You'll work closely with our installers and operations team to ensure smooth daily workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse receiving: accept shipments, inspect items, label, and organize inventory Schedule installers and coordinate daily job assignments Drive a company service van when required (valid driver's licence needed) Assist with deliveries and onsite support as needed Manage warehouse operations (cleanliness, organization, equipment, supplies) Computer work: scheduling software, basic spreadsheets, emails, data entry Lift up to 65 lbs when required Operate a forklift (experience preferred) Support office furniture installations and logistics Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal team

Qualifications

Experience in warehouse operations or logistics Knowledge of the office furniture industry is a strong asset Comfortable using computers and learning new software Valid driver's licence and clean driving record Forklift experience (or willing to be trained) Strong communication, reliability, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work independently

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
