Job Responsibilities
Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, and loading
Liaise with logistics and dispatch teams to track inbound and outbound shipments
Monitor order status and resolve issues such as delays, mis-picks, or shortages
Maintain accurate inventory and system records
Support on-site staff scheduling and improve overall operational efficiency
Job Requirements
Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is an asset
Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented, reliable, and execution-focused
Basic computer skills required
Ability to work in a warehouse environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
