JOB OVERVIEW



Reporting to the Director of Integration and warehouse operations, a successful candidate for this role shall directly supervise warehouse and stockroom operations. While ensuring work-area resources and manpower are aligned to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:Establish and maintain best in class standard operating procedures for all logistics and material handling functions Maintain accountability to warehouse inventory accuracy and compliance to operating procedures and maintenance policy guidelines Manage and control in-direct and budgeted departmental expenses Handle staff scheduling to align and meet business requirements within a Collective bargaining agreement structure. Ensure all material is transported and disposed of in accordance with appropriate aerospace industry standards. Primary point of contact for warehouse and stockroom operations for all internal and external customer requirements. Accountable for proper execution of KABAN parts replenishment system. Maintain, manage and implement business relevant KPIs for all relevant workflows and reporting areas.

Qualifications:Strong team player and effective communicator with all levels of staff Knowledge of aviation and warehousing workflows Organized and focused on processes and departmental results. Ability to actively multi-task in a very dynamic environment. Ability to communicate effectively in English and French. Proficient in the use of standard business software such as MS Office and other tools. Five plus years of proven leadership and related warehouse experience. Understanding of ERP System functions (Quantum)

Desired Skills:Understanding of Engine and/or Aerospace MRO process, including handling of Customer property Solid understanding of Warehousing and Logistics related processes 5+ Years experience in Logistics, Inventory Controls and/or Supply Chain Demonstrated skills in MS Office applications, with focus on Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of Import/Export and Trade Compliance regulations a definite asset Strong organizational skills, follow-through and accountability Sense of urgency to engage stakeholders and drive matters to resolution

Language Requirements in Quebec:
Intermediate level knowledge of English is necessary for aeronautical personnel to meet regulatory requirements, understand technical procedures and instructions, and document entries regarding work performed on the aeronautical product for customers outside Quebec.
