Warehouse Runner/Associate - (2-Month Contract)
Location: London, Ontario
Start Date: Must be available to start asap - Monday November 3, 2025
Duration: 2 months (with possibility of extension)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Join a growing team as a Warehouse Runner supporting HVAC operations. This short-term contract offers hands-on experience in inventory coordination, equipment handling, and logistics support. Ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and a desire to contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and inventory HVAC equipment and materials Load/unload equipment and scan serialized items into system Stage materials for installation crews Monitor stock levels to prevent delays in installation Make deliveries to job sites as needed Assist with job site loading/unloading and truck inspections Ensure scheduled truck maintenance is completed Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate documentation Refurbish water heaters and salvage usable components Perform other duties as assigned
Safety & Transportation Requirements
CSA - approved safety boots Reliable transportation to and from work Candidates
must
have: Valid G driver's license (required if operating company trucks for site deliveries) Strong commitment to workplace safetyWhat You Bring
Dependable and ambitious mindset with a desire to grow Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Basic computer skills (scanning, email, data entry) Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs (heavier loads with assistance) Valid Class G driver's license (required for operating company vehicles) Reliable transportation to and from work Grade 12 diploma or equivalent Forklift license or experience is an asset Willingness to work in all assigned areas
