Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operations Associate to join our growing team in Calgary. In this role, you will handle a variety of warehouse tasks, including loading and unloading shipments, using warehouse management systems, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

This is an excellent introductory role for someone who is looking to advance their career in the transportation and logistics industry. We anticipate that this role will expand quickly, offering additional hours and responsibilities for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will align with our core values; adaptable, dependable, and service excellence, and must be a self - starter, who works accurately and efficiently unsupervised, and have a very strong attention to detail ability.

Schedule:

Hours will fluctuate based on operational needs. Our warehouse operates

7 days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Candidates

must be available for weekend shifts

. Regular days off will likely fall on

Wednesday/Thursday or Thursday/Friday

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

- Partial time onsite at customers' locations to supervise our routes

- Customer service and support by phone, email, and in person

- Booking carriers online to ship products

- Packing product to ship out to customers

- Warehouse organization and cleaning

- Inventory counts

- Pick and Pack

- Use of manual pallet jacks

- Heavy lifting - Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs regularly

- Driver support

- Update Ops reports

- Monthly site inspections

Skills Required;

- Strong safety mindset - safety is our top priority

- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly

- Dispatch experience

- Safety Shoes

- Detail oriented

- Flexible with schedule

- Warehouse/shipping experience

-Familiar with pallet jacks

- Computer skills including excel

- Customer service

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
