Warehouse Manager- Surrey
Salary up to $95K + Benefits
Surrey location
Looking for a motivated individual to join the team.
Requirements:
5-7 years of Distribution experience
Strong leadership experience
Comfortable using a computer and MS Office
Knowledge of AS400, Salesforce, Oracle Transportation is considered a huge asset
Excellent communications skills
Job Duties:
Recruit, train and provide guidance to all staff
Encourage and maintain relationships with staff and all divisional leaders and teams
Establish yearly operating budgets, quarterly business forecasts and financial branch performance
Monitor business volumes to ensure all aspects of fulfillment are handled on time
Determine cost effective logistics agreements, planning and shipping methods
Provide support, input and direction into the operational growth and performance of organization
Participate in head office and sales meetings to review business volumes and provide operational insight as needed
