We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping processes.
• Ensure efficient utilization of space, equipment, and labor to optimize productivity and meet customer demands.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Lead a small team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance management to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as transportation and customer service, to effectively coordinate activities and meet customer requirements.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to track inventory levels, manage orders, and generate performance reports.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement appropriate measures to increase operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse-related data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse operations, preferably within the 3PL industry.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and proficiency in using technology tools to drive operational excellence.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of inventory control principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices applicable to warehouse operations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across various levels of the organization and communicate with clients.
• Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
