Warehouse Manager

who can contribute to the following activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory, logistics, shipping, receiving, and order picking. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system. Supervise, train, and evaluate staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards. Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of warehouse equipment. Maintain accurate records of receiving activities and assist in updating SOPs. Enforce safety and cleanliness standards in line with company policies. Collaborate with production to support efficient material flow. Issue materials based on FEFO. Manage truck loading/unloading and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment. Keep inspection logs and reports (e.g., forklift, damaged goods) accurate and compliant. Oversee proper disposal of expired materials per SOPs. Monitor pest control activities in the warehouse and take appropriate action. Coordinate facility maintenance with external contractors as needed. Hands on experience using systems and software like SAP, LISA WMS and MS Office.

Health and Safety Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to identify hazards. Provide safety training to staff and promote a safety-conscious work environment. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

Other duties as assigned:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, warehouse, QC and QA. Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure smooth coordination and resolution of issues. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely information sharing. Additional tasks may be assigned from time to time as required by management.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration. Minimum of 3 years as a Warehouse Manager. Preferred in pharmaceutical / nutraceutical / food or similar type manufacturing industry. Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices. Excellent communication and personnel management skills Strong attention to details and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of GMP (good manufacturing process), SOP (standard operating procedures), Quality Standards, and Health & Safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office programs.
