Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Work Hours: Full Timeweekends as needed
Wage: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Location: Collingwood, ON Full job descriptionWe are looking for an energetic Warehouse Manager to ship and receive merchandise to and from our warehouse, such as deliveries to sites, shuttling materials between our 2 locations, receiving material orders. The Warehouse Manager will load and unload outgoing and incoming delivery vehicles and prepare installation crews for installs. The Warehouse Manager will select products from the warehouse, load and secure goods to pallets, move inventory to the delivery area, and load merchandise. The Warehouse Manager will unload stock from delivery vehicles, and transport to the store in designated warehouse positions. The Warehouse Manager will keep the work environment clean and tidy at all times, and comply with all relevant safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures.Preferred applicants live within a 50km radius of Collingwood, are hard-working, focused and have outstanding problem-solving skills.Warehouse Worker Responsibilities:

• Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of the work environment.
• Company vehicle fleet management
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Accepting delivery of inventory
• Counting and confirming inventory
• Inspecting inventory for damage and faults
• Communicating errors with relevant parties
• Tagging and labeling stock/inventory
• Storing inventory in an accessible manner
• Loading and wrapping stock on pallets
• Building loads with forklift and other mechanical methods

Qualifications: Warehouse Worker Requirements:

• Valid Class G license with clean abstract
• Minimum 9 years driving experience
• Work experience managing, preferably in a warehouse
• Ability to operate a forklift proficiently
• Strong people skills
• Physically strong and able to lift 75 lbs., agile and dexterous, and undeterred by heights and adverse climatic conditions
• Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance
• Available to work extended hours and possible weekends as determined by the business needs
