High end furniture retailer is looking for a delivery Warehouse Manager.

We are seeking an experienced and reliable

Warehouse Manager

to lead our furniture warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory control, staff supervision, shipping/receiving, and workplace safety. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, physically active environment. The ideal candidate has previous experience in furniture or retail logistics and is committed to efficiency, accuracy, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking/packing, and shipping

Maintain accurate inventory counts; oversee stock forecasting and replenishment

Ensure warehouse is organized and efficient, implementing improvements as needed

Reviewing load sheets and managing daily truck loads

o Paying attention to road and weather conditions

o Time management

o Communication with drivers on any issues pertaining their vehicles

o Ensuring loads are equally balanced between wood & upholstery

o Ensuring trucks are stocked with all items they might need

Ensuring loads are prepped and ready

Ensuring loads are loaded correctly; ie no items missing

Checking stock dye lots for leather items

Double checking everything leaving the warehouse

Making sure pickups are pulled, inspected and ready

Inventory Receiving

Keeping up to date on trucks/containers incoming

Ensuring labels are printed

Maintaining staff levels around large receiving's

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
