Job Description

The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the storage, movement, and distribution of goods to ensure efficient and accurate warehouse operations. This role ensures compliance with company procedures, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfillment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities



Assistances warehouse manager conducts daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with documentation requirements. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, stock checks, and system updates. Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, to schedule receiving / shipping the shipment and track shipments. Support warehouse layout optimization to maximize space utilization and workflow efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety standards, warehouse policies, and regulatory requirements. Identify and resolve logistics or inventory discrepancies and escalate issues as needed. Generate and review warehouse and logistics reports to support management decision-making. Provide support in process improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency. Assist in training and guiding warehouse staff on logistics processes and best practices.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2-4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes. Familiarity with freight forwarding, shipping documentation, and customs procedures is a plus. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP/WMS knowledge preferred. * Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
