About the Role

Headway Construction is looking for a reliable Warehouse Labourer to keep our warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently. This role also supports our field crews by managing equipment, handling deliveries, and assisting with job-site clean-ups.

Responsibilities

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Sign out and sign in tools and equipment Track equipment movement accurately Load, unload, and move materials (up to 50 lbs) Receive deliveries and organize materials Occasionally deliver tools and materials to job sites Clean job sites after construction (debris removal, general clean-up) Report shortages, damaged items, or equipment issues Suggest improvements to make warehouse operations more efficient

Requirements

Ability to lift up to

50 lbs

Valid driver's licence (required for deliveries) Good attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and organized Ability to work independently Experience in construction or warehouse work is an asset, but not required
