You'll maintain service, quality, and workplace safety while working hands-on with the team.ResponsibilitiesPerforming shipping, receiving, material handling, put-away, and picking of raw materials and finished goods per daily production schedules and service requirementsExecuting job setup and production planning to meet demanding client deliverablesEscalating and helping resolve production risks when identifiedRecognizing and resolving any discrepancies with the work or processes through thoughtful resolution or escalationAdhering to attendance policies and applying excellent time management throughout each production dayMaintaining detailed production and service logs for all equipmentFollowing verbal and written guidance, including instructions from work orders and process guidesCommunicating effectively and helping create/maintain a professional environmentFacilitating and maintaining a clean and organized work environmentFollowing and documenting maintenance requirements for all equipment in production areasAnticipating potential production bottlenecks or backlogs and providing solutions to avoid delaysPerforming on a moderately flexible work schedule (shift overtime or weekends during seasonal peaks and unplanned demand)RequirementsHave a High School diploma or GEDHave basic computer skills (Excel, WORD, Outlook, Internet, etc.)Be proficient in working with mechanical systems, including assembly, repair, and troubleshooting.Be willing to quickly learn new processes and machinesSense of urgency around your workBe accountable, honest, and works with integrityHave flexibility in daily assignments and overtime requirementsBe able to work in a diverse and inclusive environmentExperience working in a team environmentHave open hours peak delivery months (April, October, November-December), flexibility in working hours is valued to ensure timely order fulfillment, aligning with fluctuating demand.xe2x80x8bFlexible WorkingSo that you can be your best at work and home, we consider flexible working arrangements wherever possible.
