At Crazy Ape Extreme Equipment, you won't be stuck behind a desk -- you'll be leading a team, working hands-on with heavy equipment, and traveling across North America to build trampoline parks, adventure courses, and custom high-end trampoline setups for luxury homes.
We're looking for a
Warehouse & Equipment Manager
who can blend shop-floor leadership with on-site project execution. You'll mentor and guide our warehouse crew, enforce a strong safety culture, and keep operations organized -- while also hitting the road in our oversized Mercedes Sprinter van (or flying out) to deliver and install equipment across Canada and the U.S. (Arizona, Utah, California, Texas, and more).
What You'll Do
Lead our warehouse and fabrication operations, mentoring staff and enforcing a safety-first culture
Manage post-production activities and shop workflows to keep projects on track
Operate and maintain company equipment (trailers, skid steers, forklifts, telehandlers, and promo vehicles)
Travel to install trampoline parks, adventure courses, and in-ground trampolines in high-end homes (trips range from short local installs to extended 4-week U.S. trade show tours)
Support events and trade shows, delivering and setting up equipment for marketing activations
Oversee snow removal, lawn care, and upkeep at our Regina facilities
What We're Looking For
Legally eligible to work in Canada
and
travel to the United States for work assignments
3+ years of experience in warehouse, fabrication, or field operations leadership
Skilled with heavy equipment operation and maintenance (trailers, skid steers, forklifts, telehandlers)
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Willingness to travel extensively (short trips and up to 4 weeks at a time)
Hands-on leader who can coach and support staff to achieve high standards
Bonus Points For:
Welding, fabrication, or heavy-duty mechanics background
Experience in gymnastics, parkour, or extreme sports
