For over 20 years, our Vancouver-based team has been collaborating with our clients to transform their creative vision into reality. We are currently looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing team!
THE ROLE: As part of the Rental Department, you will be responsible for the daily operation for the warehouse. You will need to enjoy manual handling and physical work. In our fast-paced and ever-changing environment, you live and breathe for curveballs and are adept at pivoting and problem solving on the fly – you will never work the same day twice. You are friendly, helpful, collaborative, hard-working and have a track record of delivering high quality results. Positivity, resourcefulness, proactiveness and sense of adventure with a go-getter attitude are a must!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Warehouse Coordination / Equipment Preparation and Maintenance


  • Process and inspect equipment from any inbound jobs and prepare items ready for any outbound orders.
  • Process rental equipment for work orders prepared in the rental system.
  • Update maintenance log of equipment including pictures and list of material used for any future reference.
  • Responsible to update and complete data entry using internal programs and systems with accuracy.
  • Maintain real time equipment inventory to reflect the rental asset system with attention to detail.
  • Update real time database for any inventory assets if errors appear.
  • Assist with last minute, time sensitive equipment preps as needed.
  • Organize delivery of equipment from outside vendors.
  • Follow up on any delayed equipment returns.
  • Maintain the location and storage of rental equipment and how it’s is packaged
  • Maintain the storage of active and any archived equipment assets
  • Schedule, prepare and control rental inventory using existing tools.
  • Coordinate and handle incoming and outgoing deliveries and/or pickups for the shop and office.
  • Provide handling and maintenance checks on warehouse equipment to ensure health and safety guidelines are met.
  • Maintain the order, tidiness and cleanliness of the warehouse space to ensure health and safety guidelines are met.
  • Maintain the list of needed warehouse materials, supplies and tools.
  • Complete rental/equipment errands as needed.

TO BE AN ALL-STAR:
  • Completion of post-secondary education.
  • Minimum three years or more of warehouse/equipment handling experience.
  • Previous experience in any equipment rental or Audio Visual fields.
  • Valid drivers license, with safe driving record.
  • Valid forklift certification.
  • Physical ability to lift equipment/tools weighing up to 50lbs
  • Strong ability to communicate and follow instructions and manuals.
  • Proficient with Office Documents, Google Drive, and Asset Management Software
  • Passionate about technology and willingness to learn new software as needed.
  • Strong ability to juggle various projects, shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work after/overtime hours from time to time.
