The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to production, the Service Department, and the Operations Team and managing the day-to-day responsibilities. If this is the type of position you are looking for then please do not wait to apply.

Pay Rate: $21-23 an hour

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of receiving, shipping, stocking and material handling
- Operate various forklifts (Reach Trucks, Side Loaders, Walkies)
- Organize and control the storage of material in a safe and efficient manner
- Monitor various warehouse operating systems to ensure accurate inventory levels
- Investigate shipment issues such as pick errors and delays and take appropriate actions for resolution
- Working closely with the Production Department to ensure ordered material is received in a timely manner, follow up as needed
- Assist the Operations Team with ensuring all material has been picked for upcoming jobs
- Support Field Technicians with part numbers and parts availability
- Work with hand and power tools as needed to assist the production team
Qualifications
Qualification / Certificates:
- Diploma required
- External forklift certification required
-Experience working with power tools
- Experience operating various warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, counterbalance forklift, reach truck, side loader)
- Required to communicate effectively with individuals from all levels
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet
- Excellent organization, time management and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
