Position Overview



We are currently seeking a

Warehouse Coordinator

to oversee daily operations, support floor staff, and ensure the efficient management of activities at our Alberta location. This is a hands-on role ideal for a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities



Human Resources and Workplace Climate



Supervise, support, and motivate employees in their respective roles. Foster a respectful, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment. Ensure compliance with internal policies and health and safety procedures.

Warehouse Operations



Oversee and coordinate receiving and shipping operations. Actively participate in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and handling. Manage inventory with precision (receiving, tracking, audits, adjustments). Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.

Logistics and Transportation



Coordinate all activities related to the transportation of goods, including both incoming and outgoing shipments.

Facility and Equipment Maintenance



Oversee the maintenance of the building and rolling equipment. Manage service providers for maintenance and repairs.

Communication and Collaboration



Maintain proactive and effective communication with the operations and sales management teams. Act as the main point of contact with the head office.

Continuous Improvement and Projects



Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and warehouse optimization projects. Identify, propose, and implement practical solutions to increase operational efficiency and profitability.

Requirements



Valid forklift operator certification

(required)

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Comfortable using computer systems and software Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Temps plein

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
