We're looking for a talented and agile Warehouse Coordinator to help us deliver on our mission and make a meaningful impact in the fast-growing cannabis industry. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and monitoring inventory movement across various warehouse locations, ensuring accurate shipping and receiving to support fulfillment. You'll work closely with the production team to meet demand and keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of receiving, shipping, and material handling. Pick and palletize materials for shipping. Unload and receive incoming shipments. Physically move products that could be going out for shipment or coming in for storage. Count, sort, weight, and unpack materials. Assist in inventory counts. Generate pick reports - physically pick and allocate consumables/biomass for production and be comfortable with communicating issues. Shop inventory and stage for production demand. Continuous improvement of warehouse operations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience within a supply chain, warehouse setting. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in participating in inventory counts. Strong work ethic, resilience, professionalism, reliability, accountability. Experience working with MS Excel and advanced database applications to report inventory levels. Strong communication skills. Be able to lift 40lbs consistently & to obtain certification to operate machinery such as: Forklifts, telehandler, and electric pallet jacks. A degree in supply chain management considered as an asset. Previous cannabis industry, greenhouse agricultural operations, manufacturing or pharmaceuticals experience is a strong advantage. Previous experience with Elevated Signals and/or ERP software D365 is not mandatory but a strong advantage.
