The Turnaround Warehouse Coordinator reports to the Turnaround Warehouse Lead, working with material coordinators and/or turnaround contractors to ensure proper service level is maintained, as well as leading the shipping and receiving team in day to day activities during an event.

Responsibilities:

Provides coverage for TA Warehouse Lead during event (both Preparation and then Turnaround); Provides leadership and mentors warehouse attendants in day to day operation of the TA warehouse.

Understands the standards and procedures for safety, quality and work execution within the turnaround warehouse environment; Receiving materials based on the 2025 Turnaround material management plan.
/li
li
Supports Blind yard functionality; Works with TA material coordinators to locate staged materials.
/li
li
Coordinating and receiving materials on site confirming three way match, including physical inspection. This includes spot checking daily receiving.
/li
li
Consults material coordinators to approve partial releases of materials to Contractors; Leads site safety programs and meetings as required.
/li
li
Supports the Lessons Learned process.
/li
li
Understands, creates and maintains a visible commitment to warehouse process and personal safety, as well as the safety of others; adheres to NWR\'s Core Competencies to drive results and culture.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must be able to work nightshift if required.

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products, Maximo, and Adobe Pro.

li
5 years\' Warehouse Turnaround experience in materials, warehousing practices and laydown storage.
/li
li
Strong interpersonal, analytical and facilitation skills; ability to communicate technical information and articulate the plan to non-technical staff, technical staff and management.
/li
li
Ability to manage multiple jobs and changing priorities, strong coaching ability.
/li
li
Ability to work to and meet deadlines and schedules and manage multiple task assignments in a matrix organization.
/li
li
Self-confident enough to seek assistance with difficult or complex issues.
/li
li
Self-aware, able to recognize when stress or fatigue is impacting personal performance and to take steps to mitigate.
/li
