We are looking for a committed Warehouse Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse and support our ongoing growth.The Warehouse Coordinator is essential in managing the daily operations of our warehouse. This role involves overseeing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring all warehouse activities are performed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team to meet our high standards of productivity and accuracy.**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage all warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Maintain precise inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Schedule and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring optimal workforce deployment.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Work with other departments to ensure smooth logistics and supply chain operations.
- Address and resolve any issues related to shipments or inventory discrepancies.**Details:**

- **Hours:** 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- **Schedule:** Monday to Friday
- **Pay Rate:** $22-25 per hour (based on experience) + benefits

Warehouse control and inventory cycle counts
Perform Administrative support functions
Review and Order Creation for Tank Monitored Customers
Perform general clerical duties and filing
Creation of stock transfers
Manage tote logs and transfer orders
Coordinate cycle counting program
Review and action Non Stock Reports
Analyze and correction of stock discrepancies as required
Assist the Customer Care department as required
Provide the Shipping Department with information on order status as required
Pick and process customer orders
Operating forklift to Load and unload vehicles.
Conducting Inventory counts
Receive and follow direction from the Warehouse Lead Hand as needed.
Support and promote the adherence to all policies and procedures.Qualifications
Is self-motivated, conscientious, and able to work well with others.
Is in good physical condition as the job requires lifting case goods up to 60 pounds and moving drum stock weighing approximately 450 pounds.
Takes responsibility, \xe2\x80\x9cowns the job,\xe2\x80\x9d and demonstrates integrity in all aspects of the work.
Is able to strive in a dynamic environment and support initiatives to achieve superior workplace performance/customer service KPI metrics.
Is a team player who demonstrates respect for others and is performance driven to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Has good communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Familiarity with all work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Ability to work overtime on a daily basis or as may be required to meet work demands.
Has a high school or equivalent is required and will have good reading comprehension in addition to writing and mathematical skills.
Has or be able to acquire the skills required to successfully demonstrate proficiency in Canadian Transportation of Dangerous Goods & US DOT regulations.
Has or be able to acquire the skills required to successfully demonstrate proficiency in internet navigation and it is desirable to have some PC skills or the aptitude to be trained.
Has lift truck experience with valid lift truck certification training or ability to obtain.Summary
