Job Duties and Responsibilities

Operate stacker equipment safely for loading, unloading, and organizing materials. Perform order picking, packing, and labeling tasks accurately and efficiently. Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to update inventory levels, track shipments, and manage stock. Handle shipping and receiving operations, ensuring all incoming and outgoing items are properly recorded. Assist in inventory control, including placing inventory orders and maintaining adequate stock levels. Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily warehouse and delivery operations. Process online orders received through the website and arrange timely deliveries. Create and prepare marketing materials (e.g., flyers, social media posts) using Canva or similar tools. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following safety guidelines. Participate in a commission-based sales structure, with additional incentives for multi-skilled team members.

Preferred Experience

1-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience, including order picking, packing, and inventory handling. Experience operating stackers or other material-handling equipment safely. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or basic inventory tracking software. Previous exposure to e-commerce operations, including processing online orders and coordinating deliveries. Basic computer skills (email, Excel, order management systems, etc.) and comfort with Canva or similar design tools for marketing materials. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills for coordinating with drivers, warehouse staff, and office personnel. Customer service or sales experience is an asset, especially for candidates interested in the commission structure. A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and adapt to mixed roles (warehouse + office tasks).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
