Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse & Assembly Associate to join our team and support daily operations in our store and warehouse at Macdonald's Home Health Care. This is a6-month term position, with the possibility of extension. This entry-level position involves assisting with inventory, shop organization, and basic equipment setup and preparation

.

Training will be provided, making this role ideal for someone eager to learn and work in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and set up basic equipment (such as assembling wheelchairs, walkers, beds) according to company guidelines Prepare, move, and stage home health equipment for delivery or pickup, ensuring readiness and accuracy Clean and inspect equipment to guarantee safety and functionality Receive, unload and organize inventory efficiently Pick, pack, and label orders accurately Maintain a clean and organized shop and warehouse environment Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies at all times Collaborate with team members and perform other general shop and warehouse duties as needed

Required Qualifications

Entry/basic level Microsoft Office knowledge, computer software and internet proficiency Ability and willingness to learn basic equipment setup procedures Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting (up to approximately 100 lbs, with assistance as needed), carrying, bending, and standing Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Basic mechanical aptitude is an asset
