We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Delivery & Assembly Associate

to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for safely delivering, assembling, and setting up furniture in customers' homes, ensuring every piece meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities

Safely load, transport, and unload furniture products to and from customer locations and warehouse Assemble furniture according to manufacturer specifications and instructions Inspect finished products for accuracy, stability, and overall quality Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner during delivery and setup Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment Report any product defects, damages, or delivery issues to management promptly

Requirements

Previous experience in furniture assembly, delivery, or a similar role preferred Skilled in using hand and power tools Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions or diagrams Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items (up to 100 lbs) Dependable, punctual, and customer-service oriented Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are an asset Must be available for on-call or flexible hours as needed

Education

Experience
