Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any needs or concerns promptly. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of meals. Handle cash and process payments accurately at the end of the meal.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Experience in serving, food preparation, or barista roles is a plus. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Pay: $15.65-$16.65 per hour
