Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Wait Staff to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service and a strong background in the food industry, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and satisfied. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and restaurant facilities. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while following company policies.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of food service operations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Experience in serving, food handling, or barista roles is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong multitasking skills with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively. A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment within the hospitality sector.
