With stocking service centers located in all corners of North America, and distribution partners worldwide, Connexus Industries is a leading provider and manufacturer of industrial chain, lasers, and metal detectors.

Connexus is hiring a Vice President Sales and Marketing to manage current Sales and to grow market share. Responsibilities include:

• Support direct reports: Inside Sales Manager, RSM Canada, RSM QC, RSM USA and Estimating.
• Oversee all operational aspects including sales, financial and performance reporting, customer service, human resources, and general administration.
• Help establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; and project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Set goals for Manufacturing Reps and manage their performance.
• Manage marketing strategy including conferences, advertising, and social media.
• Manage branding by updating website, brochures, and catalogues regularly.
• Stay abreast of market movements and competitors and respond in a timely manner with appropriate counter measures.
• Help recruit, train, coach and develop staff to meet profit and sale\xe2\x80\x99s growth objectives.
• Meet with customers to discuss needs and to assess the quality of our customer relations.
• Responsible for Product Management to review product line and optimize composition for maximum profit, survey the market and introduce new products.
• Manage Estimating and Sales to ensure accurate pricing and fast response times.

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in power transmission with a technical knowledge of all chain types.
• Experience with B2B Technical Sales in the lumber industry.
• Experience managing, setting, and measuring goals for managers and employees.
• Experience investigating and preparing sales and marketing forecasts, developing, and implementing strategies.
• Good analytical skills and advanced proficiency in English written and oral.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid passport and ability to travel across the borders of Canada and USA.
