Overview:

As VP of People & Culture (HR), you will provide the leadership and support to drive the strategy and success of Quantrics' people-powered culture and achievement of its business objectives. The scope of your accountabilities includes compensation and benefits, employee relations, culture and corporate communications. You will directly support the president with the design, implementation and management of strategic HR programs that will help Quantrics reach its strategic imperatives and as a key member part of the executive team, you will contribute directly to the overall strategy of the organization, its transformation and growth. Responsibilities:

• Design and lead the strategic agenda for HR within the organization
• Provide strategic guidance and lead direct reports accountable for the different functions of the HR organization, which include compensation and benefits, employee relations, culture and corporate communications.
• Support day-to-day operational HR needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR policies & processes that will drive improvements in the performance of overall corporate KPIs.
• Lead communication plan & build knowledge within the organization around HR policies & processes.
• Support president with corporate communication strategy and ad hoc communications.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years working experience in Human Resources leading large teams
• Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and self-initiative with a track record on delivering commitments
• Objective driven mindset with high capability of work prioritization and data analytics to drive results
• Proven track record in leading change management programs
• Excellent communication skills in English and fluent in MS Office
• Master's degree (or equivalent) and experience working in international environments are assets
• Strong capacity to adapt in a new culture
• HR and/or Project Management Certifications will be an advantage.

• Location: Manila, Philippines
• 2-year contract (renewable)
