You will be the mastermind guiding this advancement, ensuring our strategic foresight comes to fruition with substantial ROI and stellar performance.Steered by the Chief Transformation Officer, the Vice President of Member Platform Development will oversee a crew of Product Managers, Specialists, and Quality Analysts. This pivotal leadership position is charged with devising and executing a visionary platform strategy that prioritizes a digital-first journey, enhancing the experience for our members and our team. What will you do?
  • Lead a team of product managers and designers to deliver a digital heavy member platform that has as much straight-through processing as we can so we truly live our purpose
  • Creating and executing roadmaps with new product features and functionalities based on member journeys, feedback loops, and market trends
  • Constantly evolving our platforms with strong collaboration across the organization.
  • Continuously work towards increasing usage and adoption of platforms and measure the value of our investments.
  • Review business requirements to ensure we are leveraging the technology as well as ensuring we are configuring and not customizing.
  • Assess risk when making decisions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Some things that would impress us:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in software development, with at least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in leading platform teams, products owners and/or agile software development
  • A strong technical background and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, and being able to understand how the system can be configured
  • Effectively using interpersonal and communication skills, including tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to execute and follow strategy and vision precisely.
