We are seeking skilled and passionate volunteers to help us overcome this challenge and ensure that our Facebook presence remains strong and sustainable moving forward.
What We Need

We are looking for volunteers who can help us consistently manage and improve our Facebook presence, engage with our audience, and prevent future visibility issues. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute in the following areas:
Social Media Managers
: Oversee and schedule regular posts, ensuring that content flows consistently and is aligned with our mission. You will also work to identify and prevent issues that could impact our visibility on Facebook.
Content Creators
: Create engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos) that resonates with our audience, maintains engagement, and attracts new followers.
Community Managers
: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on our Facebook page to foster a positive and engaged online community.
Facebook Ads Specialists
: Help manage and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns to reach a broader audience, increase awareness, and drive engagement.
Growth & Strategy Experts
: Develop and implement strategies to increase organic reach, engage more users, and optimize our Facebook presence long-term.
Content Optimization Specialists
: Regularly review and optimize posts to ensure maximum visibility and engagement, staying up to date with Facebook's algorithm changes and best practices.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook
improve visibility.
Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and audience engagement through social listening techniques.
Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner while fostering positive relationships.
Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines.
Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, public relations, and video editing techniques.
Qualifications
Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is highly desirable.
Familiarity with social media advertising platforms including Facebook Advertising is essential.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools.
Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail in proofreading content.
Ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences across various channels.
Experience in relationship management with stakeholders is a plus.
Knowledge of e-commerce strategies is beneficial for driving online sales initiatives.
