Are you a social media whiz who loves crafting engaging posts and connecting with online communities? We need dynamic Volunteer Social Media Managers to boost our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, reaching businesses eager to optimize their inventory and drive growth. This role is perfect for gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing, content scheduling, and community engagement within a B2B tech context.

What You'll Do:

Content Scheduling:

Schedule 3-5 LinkedIn posts, 2-4 Instagram feed posts (infographics, carousels, Reels, behind-the-scenes), and 2-3 X tweets per day, using native scheduling tools or our project management platform.

Community Engagement:

Monitor comments and messages, responding promptly and appropriately to foster a positive online community focused on inventory management and business growth.

Copywriting Collaboration:

Work with our Copywriters to adapt content for each platform, ensuring clear, concise, and engaging captions/tweets that resonate with business owners and managers. You'll craft professional content that highlights industry trends, company news, success stories, and thought leadership within the Supply Chain AI sector.

Trend Monitoring:

Keep an eye on relevant social media trends in the business, tech, and supply chain sectors, proposing new content ideas or engagement tactics.

Performance Tracking:

Assist the Analytics Specialist in collecting basic data on post performance (e.g., likes, comments, shares).

What We're Looking For:

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program related to Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field. Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and X platforms, including their unique features and B2B best practices. Exceptional written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple daily tasks. A passion for our organization's mission to empower businesses through optimized inventory management. Experience in content creation and/or an understanding of the AI agent supply chain environment is an asset. Proficiency in social media posting.
