Patient Care Coordinator with Social Media Experience

Part-Time / Full-Time Position

Nuevo Medical & Skin Lab is a modern medical and aesthetics clinic dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and results-driven treatments. We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who is not only organized and compassionate but also has strong skills in social media management to help us grow our online presence.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups using OSCAR & JANE EMR Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries with professionalism and care Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Support clinic operations and administrative tasks as needed Create and manage engaging content for the clinic's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Assist in developing social media campaigns to promote services and events

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Medical Office Assistant, Patient Care Coordinator, or similar role (experience with OSCAR & JANE EMR an asset) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Creative mindset with basic content creation/graphic design skills preferred Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Schedule:

Part-time or full-time availability (to be discussed during the interview)
