About us:

Subtle Enhancements is a female-owned and nurse-led medical aesthetic practice with a focus on natural results. We are a small business, currently a team of three nurse injectors, one medical esti, and two patient care coordinators. We're a close-knit team, and we are looking for the perfect personality to fit in with our team and our clients. We want a patient-focused, outgoing, and creative individual to join our team.

We're a family-run business, which means you'd be part of the family. It'll be intimate and hands-on; you'll need to be a jack-of-all trades. We are located in Parkdale (West Toronto) and we've got a new, very fast-growing clinic, with a strong client base. We want an individual to help manage our social media content creation and day-to-day operations, and has the personality to fit into our family-style team.

We are looking for a creative, reliable, and outgoing individual to join our team in a

hybrid role

that combines front-of-house responsibilities with

social media and content creation

. This is a hands-on position where you'll play a key role in shaping both the client experience in clinic and our digital presence. We are looking for someone to start with us, 2-3 days per week, including Saturdays, with the room to grow. This position can potentially grow into full time, if you are able to drive bookings through marketing, you'll be offered more hours!

Qualifications

1+ year experience in customer service, retail, or spa/beauty industry (preferred) Strong understanding of

Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and Mailchimp

Experience with

SEO, blog writing, and digital content planning

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly reliable, punctual, and consistent Creative self-starter able to offer suggestions without prompting Comfortable being on camera and creating engaging content Knowledge of medical aesthetics (Botox, filler, advanced skincare) is an asset, but not required--training and treatments provided Manage reception duties including cashing out, invoicing, booking, and general clinic upkeep Assist nursing staff with treatment setup, cleanup, and client comfort Track inventory and assist with ordering and stocking Film, edit, and post social media content (Instagram + TikTok), including Reels, Stories, and behind-the-scenes content Conceptualize, plan, and schedule content using

Notion

and other organizational tools Write and publish blog posts optimized for

SEO

to drive organic traffic Create and send monthly email newsletters using

Mailchimp

Monitor and respond to social media DMs, comments, and Google reviews Analyze content performance and adjust strategy to improve engagement and reach Keep detailed clinic schedules, follow-up reminders, and client communications organized Provide product and treatment education to clients once trained Contribute creative ideas for promotions, campaigns, and events
