Under the supervision of the Head Instructor, the Volunteer Instructor assists in daily camp activities, supports campers, and contributes to a positive program environment.

WHAT IS AMAZING ABOUT THIS JOB:

Support program delivery in assigned areas Participate in camp activities, transitions, and routines Help ensure the safety and supervision of campers Contribute to a positive and inclusive camp community Gain experience in a dynamic leadership and educational environment

YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

Communicate well and work effectively within a team Have Standard First Aid and CPR-C (or are willing to obtain it) Demonstrate positive, appropriate behaviour at all times Are energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated) Are at least 14 years old and currently enrolled in Grade 9 or above

Training & Orientation (Mandatory)

- Wednesday, March 4, 2026 (Evening) - Saturday, March 14, 2026 (Full Day)

Program Hours

- Monday: 7:15 a.m.-4:15 p.m. - Tuesday-Friday: 8:15 a.m.-4:15 p.m.

Before- and After-Care

Additional shifts may be scheduled. - Before-Care: 7:15-8:15 a.m. - After-Care: 4:15-5:30 p.m.

WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS:

Criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening (18+) OR declaration for those under 18
