About the Role:


We're looking for a passionate and creative

Voice & Songwriting Instructor

to join our online teaching team. If you love helping students find their voice--both literally and artistically--this is a chance to make a meaningful impact while teaching from anywhere.

You'll guide students in developing vocal technique, exploring songwriting fundamentals, and building confidence through performance and self-expression. Lessons are 1-on-1 or in small groups, with a focus on creativity, connection, and growth.

This is a

remote, independent contractor position

with a flexible schedule based on your availability and student demand.

What You'll Do:



Teach live online lessons in

voice and songwriting

for students aged 8-18 Support students in building vocal technique, musicality, and songwriting skills Personalize lessons to match each student's style, interests, and goals Provide regular feedback and communicate with families Build long-term relationships with students and help them grow artistically and personally

Who You Are:



A certified teacher orexperienced music educator Hold a

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music

(Voice, Composition, or related field) Confident teaching both vocal technique and songwriting fundamentals Comfortable working with students of different ages and experience levels Supportive, engaging, and passionate about student success Available to teach

a minimum of 3-5 hours per week

(weekdays or weekends) Able to provide a

Vulnerable Sector Check

completed within the past 12 months

Tech Requirements:



High-speed, stable internet connection Laptop or desktop computer (Mac or PC) High-quality webcam External microphone or professional-grade audio setup Proficient with online platforms (e.g., Zoom) and virtual teaching tools
