Part-Time Voice & Vocal Instructor
to teach private, one-on-one lessons in our brand-new studios.
What You'll Do
Teach engaging private lessons in vocal technique, breath support, diction, and performance skills for students of all ages and skill levels.
Design individualized lesson plans that reflect each student's goals and preferred styles (classical, pop, rock, jazz, musical theatre, etc.).
Prepare students for recitals, auditions, RCM examinations, and other performance opportunities.
Cultivate a supportive and motivating studio atmosphere that builds confidence and stage presence.
Coordinate scheduling with our administrative team and begin every lesson on time.
Required Qualifications
Minimum five (5) years of proven private-lesson teaching experience in voice/vocals.
Formal education in music--Bachelor's or Diploma in Music, Vocal Performance, Music Education, or equivalent specialization in voice pedagogy.
Recognized teaching credential (e.g., RCM Voice Teacher certification or equivalent) is a strong asset.
Excellent interpersonal skills--patient, enthusiastic, and able to connect with children, teens, and adult learners.
Flexible part-time availability, including at least one evening or Saturday teaching block.
Professionalism and teamwork: punctual, organized, and committed to a supportive learning environment.
