Piano & Vocal Teacher

who is passionate about teaching and inspiring students of all ages.

Position Overview

Must be able to teach both piano and vocals

The successful candidate will teach

private piano and vocal lessons

to children, teens, and adults at various skill levels. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic educator who values professionalism, consistency, and student development.

Responsibilities

Teach one-on-one piano and vocal lessons to students of varying ages and abilities Follow Arcadia Academy of Music's curriculum and teaching guidelines Prepare students for recitals, performances, and optional examinations Encourage regular practice and foster a love for music Maintain a positive, patient, and professional learning environment Communicate student progress with the front desk when needed Arrive on time and be prepared for all scheduled lessons Uphold school policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications

Proficiency in piano and vocal instruction Previous teaching experience (formal or informal preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, organized, and professional demeanor Comfortable working with children and parents Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule RCM certification or equivalent training is an asset (but not required)

Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
