We are looking for

Visual Designers

to help critique, experiment with, and shape how AI understands and simulates multi-modal design workflows across mediums.

You are a good fit if you:

Have over 1+ years of professional experience in graphic or UI design Have a bachelor's degree in design or a related field. Have a strong background in creating high-quality digital or immersive visual designs (websites/apps, brand/marketing assets, and advanced new media) with unique aesthetics. Exposure working with LLMs, GenAI prompting, and vibe coding. Proficiency with creative coding tools - including but not limited to HTML/CSS, Processing, and three.js. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills Have strong attention to details.

Role Start Date

This role will begin in late December with applications reviewed on a rolling basis.

Key Responsibilities:

The project is

10-20 hours of work per week

with potential for increased hours based on performance. You will work asynchronously with a team of designers across disciplines. You will craft, critique, and review experimental design workflows with frontier AI models.

Interview Process

You will complete a short AI interview about your creative process. Following the interview will be a short portfolio review and writing assessment.

Contract and Payment Terms

You will be engaged as an independent contractor. This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule. Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance. Your work at will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution. * Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
