About the Role



Full-time, permanent position for a mid-level visual designer / graphic designer with experience in branding and marketing. You will create production-ready designs for both marketing campaigns and product features that drive subscriptions. You are creative, data-driven, and passionate about making education accessible through thoughtful design.

What You'll Do



Design conversion-optimized landing pages, email campaigns, social media content, and digital ads Create product UI/UX designs for web platform and mobile app features Translate wireframes and conversion frameworks into polished, production-ready designs Build and maintain brand guidelines and design systems across marketing and product Design for multiple audiences (parents, students, homeschoolers) across different regions (US, Canada, UK, Australia) Design A/B testing variations to optimize marketing and product performance Work closely with product developers on implementation Create visual assets for new product features and user engagement

Requirements



3-5 years professional experience in a marketing agency or design agency Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Experience building brand guidelines and/or design systems Strong campaign management and visual storytelling skills Data-centric mindset - use analytics and test results to inform design decisions Understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to work from wireframes Experience designing for web and mobile applications

Portfolio required

showing: Responsive web design and landing pages Marketing campaign design (ads, emails, social media) Product UI/UX design work (web or mobile app) Brand guidelines or design system work Multi-platform design projects

Preferred



EdTech, SaaS, or subscription product experience Experience with freemium conversion funnels Basic HTML/CSS knowledge Motion graphics or animation skills Chinese language ability (Mandarin or Cantonese)

Job Type: Full-time, permanent Location: 5831 Cedarbridge Way, Richmond, BC V6X 2A7 (in-office preferred) Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 annually based on experience and qualifications Small team - work directly with product developers and Director of Product
