Job Description
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Plan and prepare visual arts activities for kids
Teach visual arts based on the school's policies and curriculum
Develop age-appropriate instructional strategies to achieve the visual arts curriculum goals
Set and maintain acceptable standards of classroom behaviour to establish an orderly learning environment
Show students how to properly use and care for art materials, tools and equipment
The position is not remote, and we are looking for applicants who live in Toronto
Interested applicants need to send their portfolio (Painting and drawing) links
Qualifications
BSc/BA or diploma in visual arts or the related fields
High fluency in English
First Aid certificate
Police check
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 - 9 per week
