Produce, print and distribute Art For Lunch lecture series posters, and prepare versions for social media and the web, as needed. Assist Art For Lunch committee members and guest speaker(s) at events with connecting devices to the digital projector or using the university computer, enabling sound if necessary, and basic technical trouble-shooting before and during talks.

Note: Art For Lunch takes place most Fridays at noon. The successful candidate will be on site or online at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the in-person events.
Position Requirements
Visual Arts student familiar with Photoshop, digital printing, digital interfaces and presentation hardware (digital projection). Basic knowledge of popular presentation software (Powerpoint, Prezi, Keynote, etc) will considered an asset. Priority will be given to graduate students.
Physical Demands Pay Grade As Per CUPE 2419 Salary Range As per CUPE 2419 Collective Agreement Status Term Work Hours
Hours: Up to 16 hours maximum
