Vision Therapist - VUE Cubed Vision Therapy (North York, ON)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Schedule:

Mix of 4- and 8-hour weekday shifts Some evenings required No weekends Work Location: In-person only (North York clinic)

What You'll Do

Clinical Duties

Deliver personalized vision therapy sessions using customized treatment plans Build trust and motivation with patients and caregivers Track progress through detailed, accurate charting Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming therapy space
Level 1 Clinical Support

Greet and check in patients Handle scheduling, confirmations, and payments Perform pre-testing and assist with intake forms Prepare patient charts and upload documents Answer phones and provide general administrative support
Who You Are

A clear communicator who connects easily with children and families Curious, compassionate, and eager to grow professionally Organized and reliable with strong attention to detail Resourceful and able to adapt in real time to patient needs A self-starter who thrives in a team-based, mission-aligned clinic
Assets (not required):

Background in education, psychology, child development, or healthcare Previous experience working with children Available for a minimum of one year
