We are currently seeking a

Vision Therapist

to join our warm, dedicated clinic where we help children and adults overcome visual challenges that impact learning, development, and daily functioning. This is a

hands-on, one-on-one

role that blends clinical structure with creativity and empathy.

We are currently hiring a

Vision Therapist

to join our growing team. This is a rewarding role that combines clinical training, patient interaction, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

What You'll Do

Work one-on-one with patients (mostly children) to implement individualized vision therapy programs Track progress and record accurate session notes Prepare therapy tools and activities Communicate with families and collaborate with the optometrist Occasionally support front desk or admin tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

We provide all training. We're looking for someone who is:

Patient, kind, and comfortable working with children and teens Organized, reliable, and a quick learner Curious and eager to grow in a clinical setting Comfortable using technology and following structured programs

Bonus if you have experience in:

Education, child development, psychology, kinesiology, or healthcare Working with neurodiverse populations or individuals with learning challenges Speaking French (an asset, not required)

Qualifications

Postsecondary education in a related field (preferred) Experience working with children or in a therapeutic/educational setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be available to work on-site full-time
