We're currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic

Vision Therapist

to support our patients through personalized in-office vision therapy programs.

What You'll Do:

Work 1-on-1 with patients of all ages under the direction of the optometrist Deliver individualized vision therapy programs focused on binocular vision, oculomotor skills, visual processing, and more Track patient progress and prepare session notes Provide support, encouragement, and guidance to patients throughout their therapy journey Educate patients and their families on visual development and therapy goals Assist with therapy setup, materials, and clinic organization

What We're Looking For:

A background in

healthcare, education, kinesiology, psychology, or child development

is an asset Strong interpersonal and communication skills Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping others Organized, reliable, and able to work independently after training Previous experience in vision therapy or occupational therapy is a bonus -- but

we provide full training!
