Our Position

In this position, you actively promote AstraZeneca\xe2\x80\x99s primary care product portfolio and manage relationships with both primary care providers and retail pharmacies using digital initiatives and virtual channels.
Responsibilities
In this rewarding position:
You will use virtual communication channels and events to engage and build strong relationships with physicians and pharmacists and other healthcare providers to promote AstraZeneca products and achieve our strategic goals
You are skilled in using different approaches in an exclusively virtual role and have an elevated communication style to influence and engage remotely
You will build and own your sales management plan to meet or exceed sales goals for your territory
You will promote and provide information to our valued customers within your specified therapeutic area to improve positive outcomes for patients
Your strong communication style will disseminate product information to physicians, pharmacists and allied health providers to discover unmet needs and oversee solutions to meet those needs
You will evaluate the success of virtual engagement events and tactics and make recommendations for improvement
As part of an alignment within larger teams of field sales representatives and ABMs you will actively communicate and collaborate to operate as ONEteam
You will share field insights with your team to find new ways to work and improve our market position
Your previous experience will enable you to analyze, plan and manage activities to drive business success in your territory such as sales events, expense management and investments in continuous education projects
You will adjust with evolved takeaways, sharing new insights, and move quickly to adapt to change and innovation
Compensation is a D2 level and rewarded with the AZ Sales Incentive Plan
This is an exclusively remote Sales Representative position, includes cell phone, no fleet vehicle or allowance
Qualifications:
You possess a Degree in Science, Business, Digital Marketing or equivalent
You have 5+ years of sales in the pharmaceutical industry: completion of CCPE Accreditation is preferable
You have experience using digital channels to build virtual engagement and promote products
You positively impact and influence others and quickly establish credibility while building strong business relationships
You are well-organized with strong communication and business skills
You enjoy working in a larger cohesive team environment requiring proactive communication and collaboration
