About the role
We are seeking a patient Success, virtual concierge, a high-energy, self- motivated professional who thrives on creating a meaningful connection with both new and exciting patients. This is not your typical customer service role, it's a hybrid or relationship management, retention strategy, and patient engagement, where your personality, tone, and ability to think on your feet will set you apart.
As a patient success representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving patient loyalty, re-engagement, and new appointment bookings for some of the most respected medical aesthetic brands in North America.

Responsibilities
Build relationships with both new leads and existing patients to encourage rebooking, retention, and satisfaction.
Manage and nurture your retention list's, using CRM & PMS data to reconnect patients in warm and engaging ways.
Utilize our CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus) to track patient communications, manage follow ups, and maintain accurate records.
Support your assigned clinics by managing inbound and outbound communication (phone, text, email, and direct message)
Facilitate a seamless patient journey, from initial outreach to consultation booking, to follow up.
Uphold a high standard of service and energy, always representing the clinic brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Contribute ideas and feedback to improve patient engagement, strategies, and retention programs.
Bring a growth mindset, continuously learning from training, coaching, and peer collaboration.
